Please help us welcome Milbrandt Architects newest Digital Marketing Coordinator, Regan Kennedy!

Regan grew up in Northern Nevada, but has recently relocated to the Greater Seattle Area earlier this past month.  However, she is not a newbie to the area, as she attended Bellevue College for her first two years of higher education, where she also played on the women’s soccer team.  After she graduated from BC with her Associates Degree in business, she transferred back to her hometown to finish out her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of Nevada, Reno.  After graduating this past May, Regan headed back up to the great Pacific North West to start her career.

We are confident that Regan will fit in perfectly with the Milbrandt family, and help us to build and market our brand new and innovative ways.  Welcome to the team!

On July 7th, The Lodge Apartments projects received its final certificate of occupancy!  This certificate means that the 137-units are now available and open for future residents to move in.

The Lodge Apartments project is a five-story wood and steel framed apartment complex located in the heart of Walla Walla, Washington.  The building is roughly 141,000 square feet, and the first floor includes 26 covered parking stalls, 18 covered bike racks, a leasing office, exercise room and 17 extended stay units that each have a private patio and a path linked to the sidewalk.

Join us in congratulating Alex Clohesey who completed his architecture testing in October 2020 and became a licensed architect in Washington State.

Alex graduated from the University of Oregon in June 2014 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He joined Milbrandt Architects shortly after in the fall of 2014. As a Project Architect, Alex is especially adept at coordinating and directing project work. Alex brings a high level of professional precision to his projects and understands good communication with local jurisdictions, consultants, and contractors is key in a successful timely project.
