North Bend Habitat for Humanity Build

On Thursday, November 10th, some of the Milbrandt team participated in the Habitat for Humanity International North Bend Build.  This build was such a fantastic experience; from the fiberglass insulation install, exterior painting, exterior caulking to interior caulking, a lot of fun was had by all! Thank you so much for having us, we can’t wait to come back next year!  Special thanks to everyone from Milbrandt who volunteered their time and for their efforts yesterday, what a great way to represent the firm and our culture!

The Mike Ernest LEO Adult Family Home

LEO homes, which stands for Life Enrichment Options, is a community-based non-profit organization that supports individuals with developmental disabilities.  The LEO organization advocate for these individuals through supportive housing, recreation, employment opportunities, and community education.  The Mike Ernest Home is the newest of five homes serving the Issaquah area in the northwest.  Milbrandt was able to design the house, which was a true honor.  Construction started on the home back in April of 2021, and we are so excited that construction is complete!  The Mike Ernest LEO Group Home hosted an open house in July earlier this year, hoping to start moving residents in early 2023!  Being a part of this project was such a fun opportunity for us here at Milbrandt, and we are so thankful to have had the chance to contribute to our community!

New on the scene, the Farmstead Development!

Please feast your eyes on what is to be the newest Housing Development in Eugene, Oregon!

This stunning Eugene development is currently in the works but we figured we could give our readers a sneak peek of what is to come.  The complex will be complete with single family residential units, garden style flat apartments, and a stunning clubhouse for all residents to use.  While we are still a ways out from completion, the farmstead project is progressing well.  Please let us know what you think, would you want to live here? 🙂
