to the Lombard Ave. and River Road of Eugene, Oregon, the Velo Apartments are home to 93 units across 4 different buildings. Two of these buildings are traditional corridor style apartments, while the other two are Garden style buildings. The development includes a single-story leasing office space.
Contemporary & Crafted
