Contemporary design centered around natural vistas

Built is the Issaquah Highlands area of Issaquah, WA, the Westridge Townhomes project builds off of the lessons learned from the nearby Brownstone Townhomes. The project consists of 109 three-story townhome units with habitable attics spread across 22 separate buildings. Located on 8.55 acres adjacent to the Swedish hospital and just a few blocks from the Highlands’ retail center, the project maintains easy walkability to nearby shops and retail while sporting views of Lake Sammamish and the neighboring wooded hillsides. Buildings are organized along active multi-use avenues and a large central green space.

The architectural style of the buildings is contemporary, utilizing a mix cement panel board, lap, and stone sidings along with natural cedar accents. The habitable attic concept is expanded in this project with roof top decks given to most units, taking advantage of the natural vistas.
